The pool building process can appear daunting, but we are here to ease your
worries! Whether you are one of our past customers that have gone through the
pool-building process, or you are one of our new customers who will be creating
a backyard oasis for the first time, we realize for most people the process of
installing a pool can appear overwhelming. With transparent expectations,
the build will be exciting as you anticipate each step of your backyard space
being transformed into a dream pool paradise. We can assure you the
process is straightforward, and we have developed a step-by-step guideline of
what to expect when going through the various stages of both the
pre-construction and construction phases. The process from beginning to
completion entails several steps, so we have included a narrative as well as a
summary chart to familiarize you with the procedure. We will review this
document with you, and we will be available to answer any questions which may
arise at any time during the pool building process.
The fact that you have received and are reading this overview means that your
contract has been approved, signed, and you have submitted your deposit.
Your design plan has been finalized and material selections have been chosen.
Exciting! In order to adhere to our internal quality control standards,
your design and material selections will be reviewed for consistency and
feasibility by our Internal Audit Department. This review process will
take about a week, unless the design has additional structures (pergola,
kitchen, pool house, etc.). If additional structures were selected, the
process may take one to two more weeks for our Engineering Dept to
review. As part of the review period, construction plans will be created
for submission to the various agencies/entities that require design approval
and/or permitting, i.e. HOA management company, City or County governments,
Engineering, and A&A manufacturing (In-floor automatic cleaning
system). The A & A In-Floor Circulation System is designed
specifically for your pool. If there are any changes required to the system, we
will notify you accordingly during this period. The changes may include
credits for materials not required or additional charges for added materials based
on A & A’s design.
Once the review process is completed, the set of the electronic construction
plans will be emailed to you by our Audit Department. As an additional
quality control check, you will be required to review the plans to assure that
your design vision and our construction plans are a perfect match. Any
questions or changes should be addressed at this point, as once the design
plans are finalized any changes can become costly and create time delays.
For this reason, you will be required to authorize the final plan design.
We will also require your authorization of the Completion Addendum (Timeline)
based on the selections you have chosen within the contract. As these
documents are finalized and authorized, we can move forward. Although no
activity is occurring in your backyard at this stage, behind the scenes we have
begun ordering materials and equipment which will be used in your build.
Following is an overview for each of the phases of the pool build process.

completion of the pool. The yard is considered a construction site and can be
hazardous.

After interviewing multiple other companies for a pool remodel, a neighbor recommended Beach'n Pools! From the beginning, Larry wasn’t a pushy sleazy salesman like the others. His pricing is very reasonable and he will stay within your budget without sacrificing quality, but with recommendations of what to do to stay in the budget. He communicates everything with an email and/or text…so no guess work. Also he is starting work in my pool this week! Some companies said maybe July or August. Oh it’s a family owned company too so you know your project will get the attention it deserves. Once the pool is done, I will update with pictures.

From start to finish our pool/spa/pergola combo build was a great experience! Attention to detail was amazing. They told us it should only take 3 months for the build and to be honest, we didn't believe them. They finished a couple days under the three month mark. It was just a pleasure to work with Beach'n Pools!

Larry stopped by to get our ideas for our pool and had an electronic visual and contract out to us in a timely manner. Once work began he then handled all the paperwork with my HOA and our county permits. He made sure to get in contact with my contractor to insure they were both on the same page to complete our home/pool at around the same time. Throughout the process he has sent us pictures at every step and kept us up to date of when work will start/end for each step. All of those updates have been accurate. We needed to make an adjustment to the pool plans, which was completely my fault, and he was very understanding and happy to correct it for us. Hands down I would work with Larry and his team again. I highly recommend him if you want a stress free, honest, and timely experience.

Staycation Pool and Spa has helped to make our backyard dreams a reality. Larry asked us about/listened to our ideas and price point (some of which we didn’t think were possible), created a beautiful design under budget, and waited patiently while we made our decision. When we were ready, Larry walked us through the entire process and explained everything (sometimes multiple times), so that we were comfortable every step of the way; especially with us being first time pool owners. Once excavation began, everything went so quickly and smoothly. Everyone who walked into our backyard was incredibly professional and hard working. After a super quick 35 days, our yard had been transformed into a beautiful retreat for our family to escape from reality. Our pool has been completed for about a month and Larry still checks in to make sure everything is running smoothly and answers all of our questions, in a very timely manner.
