• Mittal Project When this Cane Island family came to us, they knew exactly the feeling they wanted — open, calm, and effortlessly beautiful. What they weren't sure about was how to pull it all together. That's where we came in. We designed and built a modern rectangular pool paired with an attached spa, surrounded by a sprawling white concrete deck that practically doubles the outdoor living space of the home. The result? A backyard that feels like a private resort — right here in Katy, TX. From the first 3D rendering to the final splash, we managed every detail: HOA approvals, county permits, contractor coordination. The family's only job was to get excited. And they did. The clean, geometric design complements the home's modern architecture perfectly, while the outdoor kitchen rough-in leaves the door wide open for future entertaining upgrades.
