• Oliveros Project The Vision Some backyards have potential written all over them — you just need someone who can see it. When this Harvest Green family came to us, they knew they wanted more than a place to swim. They wanted somewhere to gather, to celebrate, to slow down on a Sunday morning with a cup of coffee and nowhere to be. They wanted a backyard that felt like a destination. We knew exactly how to make that happen. The Design At the heart of this project is a stunning rectangular pool with a generous tanning ledge that practically begs you to pull up a lounge chair and stay awhile. Built-in bubblers add that soft, resort-style sound that makes the whole yard feel like a world away. The clean lines of the travertine coping and decking give the space a timeless, elegant finish — the kind that photographs beautifully and holds up for decades. Flanking the pool, towering cypress trees frame the yard like a living sculpture garden, while lush tropical plantings fill in every corner with color and warmth. And when it's time to entertain, the covered pergola steps up in a big way — a full outdoor kitchen, a built-in BBQ grill, and a bar seating area that has become the unofficial neighborhood hangout spot. The Experience From the very first design conversation to the day we handed over the keys, this family was with us every step of the way — and we were with them. We handled the HOA approvals, the county permits, the contractor coordination. They handled the fun part: dreaming about what they'd cook first on that grill. That's the Beach'n Pools promise.
